     Increased demand for pork cracklins (traditional and tender style) with young folks has increased pork skin production. This is the new snack food, edible party favor that is setting a new trend.

     Actually, what makes this product unique is the multi-stage cooking process - introducing real hardwood smoke. Smoking the cracklins gives them a real bacon flavor. Still using the original recipe and basic process, this product has consistently won every major consumer taste test compared to our competitor's product. The taste of our product is our most important asset that has allowed us to grow such a devoted consumer following.

     This fruit cake is made from an Old Southern Recipe, dated back to 1910.
